How do I invite my partner?

After creating your account, go to your dashboard and tap "Invite Partner." You'll get a unique invite link to share. Your partner joins through that link and your connection is established automatically.

What do the privacy levels mean?

Every message has a privacy level. Level 1 (Private) stays between you and your AI only. Level 2 (Personal) lets your AI use it to subtly guide your partner's AI without revealing the source. Level 3 (Shared) is visible to both partners and both AIs. Messages default to Level 1.

Can my partner read my private messages?

No. Level 1 messages are never shared with your partner or their AI. You are in full control of what crosses the partner boundary.

Is PearUp a substitute for couples therapy?

No. PearUp is a wellness and communication support tool, not a licensed therapy or mental health service. If you are facing a serious mental health concern or crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional. In an emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at pearupsupport@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

The app isn't working as expected. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page or restarting the app. If the issue persists, email us with a brief description of what happened and we'll look into it.
