Important: chat messages and suggestions in PearUp are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, or otherwise inaccurate.
AI output is provided for informational and reflective purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating content and deciding what to do with it.
- Do not treat AI responses as guaranteed facts.
- Verify important information independently before acting.
- Use extra caution before relying on guidance involving health, safety, legal, or financial consequences.
5. No Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Emergency Advice
PearUp is not a medical device, mental health provider, crisis service, legal advisor, or financial advisor.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PearUp and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
